The top level directory contains:

- supplement_A.pdf

- two graphics illustrating the data extraction pipeline (cnn_feature_extraction.png and core_extraction.png)

- the AJIVE diagonstic plot

- the fitted AJIVE model (fit_ajive)

- the clinical data comprisons object (clinical_data_comparisons)

The subfolders joint/, image_individual/, pam50_individual/

contain results of the AJIVE analysis including the representative patch views, the compaisons to clinical variables and genetic loadings vectors.
